From 1/18 to 1/22 we will be taking inventory. During that time, you may experience delays in order processing time. In addition, we will not have customer service staff available to answer incoming calls or for live chat. We will respond to email requests, however the response time will be slower than normal.
We thought this would be better than closing the business during that time, and hope you understand the importance of this process to improve our inventory accuracy after the busy holiday season.
